About Lincat

Information we process
Account information: information you provide when registering or updating your account, such as your name, email address, profile image and sign-in details.
Content and service activity: destination URLs, short links, QR code content, bio-page content, uploaded files, settings and support messages that you submit.
Technical and usage information: IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, login records and interactions with the service. Link and QR analytics may include clicks, scans and approximate location derived from an IP address, depending on enabled features.
Subscription information: where paid plans are used, plan details, payment status and transaction references may be processed by Lincat and the payment provider involved.
Facebook Login
If you choose Facebook Login, Lincat receives the information authorized through Facebook, which may include your Facebook user identifier, public profile information and email address if available and permitted. This information is used to create or authenticate your Lincat account and maintain the connection. Choosing Facebook Login does not authorize Lincat to publish posts on your behalf. You may remove the connection in Facebook's Apps and websites settings. Removing that connection does not by itself delete information already stored in your Lincat account; see https://lincat.co/page/data-deletion for deletion instructions.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and maintain accounts; create and manage links, QR codes and bio pages; provide activity reports; process subscriptions where applicable; respond to requests; troubleshoot problems; prevent spam, fraud and abuse; and improve the service.
Public content and external destinations
Information you publish on a bio page or share through a link or QR code may be accessible to its audience. Avoid including confidential or sensitive information in public content. External destination websites and embedded services operate under their own privacy policies.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, email, analytics, authentication, payment and security providers may process information needed to deliver their functions, depending on the integrations enabled. Authorized team members may access information as needed to operate and support the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
